He issued price lists of coins, patterns, medals and store cards in 1861. He conducted at least six auctions sales 1861 to 1872. He published many varieties of Civil War envelopes.
He commissioned Joseph H. Merriam of Boston to produce dies for these copies:

He also issued medalets and trade cards. He published lists indicating the number of pieces struck in various metals. Robinson is listed as a consignor to several sales 1861 through 1870.
