  • Born in Detroit, Michigan. Employed with National Casualty Insurance and president of their credit union.

    Active in service to young numismatists. Past president of Michigan State Numismatic Society and Central States Numismatic Society. Served on ANA Board 1977 to 1983. Served as ANA vice president 1983 to 1985 and 44th ANA President 1985 to 1987. She was named Adult Advisor of theYear in 1973 and Outstanding Club Representative in 1974. She received the ANA Medal of Merit in 1976. She was named a Numismatic News Numismatic Ambassador in 1975.

    In 1994 she was given the Farran Zerbe Memorial Award by the ANA. This was followed by the Glenn Smedley Memorial Award in 1995 and Lifetime Achievement Award in 1995.

    She died in Livonia, Michigan, and is buried at Glen Eden Memorial Park in Livonia.
