  • Studied law at New York University and was admitted to the bar in 1926. He practiced as an attorney until 1968. Married to Clara Ruberg with a son.

    He received the ANA Medal of Merit in 1947. In 1948 he founded the American Vecturist Association. He is credited with coining the words "vecture' and "vecturist." He was also an organizer of TAMS. He served as executive secretary of PNG 1965 to 1971. Former president of the Brooklyn Coin Club. Served on the U. S. Assay Commission in 1945. He was the ANA legal counsel 1962 to 1965 without compensation.
