Bio

• Employed at the U. S. Army Aberdeen Proving Ground in Maryland. Married to Marjorie with a son.

  Co-founder of Maryland State Numismatic Association (MSNA) in 1972. Editor and publisher of MSNA Journal 1978 to 2002. He served as treasurer, secretary, vice president and as president of MSNA 1976-77 and 1993-95. President of Baltimore Coin Club 1993-94. He received the ANA Presidential Award in 1996.

  He died in Baltimore.
