• Born in Providence, Rhode Island. Married to Diana Cabral with two children.

  Career military officer with U.S. Army Corp of Engineers. ROTC instructor at the University of Kansas.

  Co-author with Burgett of Indian Territory, Oklahoma and Kansas Obsolete Notes and Scrip issued in 1980. It was one of the series published by the SPMC.

  Author of Kansas Paper Money, an Illustrated History, 1854-1935.
