Bio

• Resident of Erie, Pennsylvania, Columbus, Ohio, and Jacksonville, Florida. Studied at the Columbus College of Art and Design. Employed in mortgage business (2001).

  His design was selected for the reverse of the Bicentennial Dollar. At the time of the competition, Williams was a junior at the Columbus College of Art and Design.
