Bio

• Born at Norwich, Connecticut. Resident of New Haven, Connecticut. Married and divorced.

  Assembled an important collection of large cents. Breen called him "the first perfectionist." Most of his coins were red uncirculated or proof. The collection was sold at auction by S. H. Chapman April 27, 1923. He died at age 100.
