Bio

• Born in Montreal.  Graduate of McGill University 1952, Santa Clara University 1966 and Rutgers University 1977. He had four children.
  Professor of Education at Nova Scotia State Teachers College. In 1970 he received the ANA Outstanding Club Representative Award. In 1980 he was given the Royal Canadian Mint Award for dissemination of numismatic knowledge. Biographer of James E. Charlton.
