• Married to Florence Proctor with three daughters. Served in the Army. Retired fire chief of Brunswick, Maine.

  Founding member of the Brunswick Area Coin and Stamp Club in 1962. Past president of the New England numismatic Association. Received the Outstanding Club Representative Award in 1973. He served on the Assay Commission in 1975. Received Numismatic Ambassador Award in 1976.

  He died in Brunswick, Maine.
