Bio

• Born in San Antonio, Texas.  Married in 1940 to Bertha Cuellar. Texas congressman who promoted the San Antionio HemisFare ’68 The original Hemisfare building was demolished and a new convention center was erected at the site. The new facility is the Henry B. Gonzalex Convention Center.

  Received Outstanding Government Service Award in 1993.

  He died in San Antonio, Texas.
