                  Born in Cleveland, Ohio. Married to Margaret with a daughter. Served with U. S. Coast Guard from 1956 to 1960. Received BS from Kent State University. Taught social studies at Cleveland public schools 1963 to 1980.

  Author with Howard M. Rossen of Columbian World’s Fair Collectibles, Chicago (1892-1893). He specializes in rare post cards. He has written a dozen books on various collectibles.
