Bio

• Born in Detroit. Moved to Toronto, Canada, during the Vietnam War. Married to Leslie with a son and daughter.

  Employed by Jim Charleton and opened Moore numismatic Auctions in 1969. He conducted more than 130 auctions. He returned to the United States while continuing to run his Canadian business.

  Served on the board, as vice president and as president of the Royal Canadian Numismatic Association. Also board member, vice president and president of the Canadian Paper Money Society. Founding member of the Canadian Association of numismatic Dealers.

  In 2010 he received the J. D. Ferguson Award.
