                  Past President of the Greater Houston Coin Club. Named a Krause Publications Numismatic Ambassador. He was named Adult Advisor of the Year in 1989. He received the Glenn Smedley Memorial Award in 1992 and Medal of Merit in 1994. He served on the ANA Board 2015 to 2019. He was elected vice president in 2019.
