• Born in Lima, Ohio. Received B.S. from Bowling Green State University in 1958 and MFA from Cranbrook Academy of Artin 1960. Married to Carol with two children. Employed at Rhode Island School of Design (RISD).

  Received the ANA Award for Excellence in Medallic Sculpture 2009.
