• Born in Toronto. Married to Bette. Received B. A, from University of Toronto (1958) and M. A. in (1976). Professor of Architecture at Ryerson University in Toronto.

  Author of Monumental Coins, Buildings and Structures on Ancient Coins (1999). It won the NLG Award for best world coin book in 1999.

  He died at home.
