• Inventories of consignments made by Armin Brand to Burdette G. Johnson, covering the period 1936-1947 and representing material from the Virgil Brand estate. Most of the content is foreign and ancient. Some items are keyed to the Virgil Brand ledgers in the American Numismatic Society library. Occasional cover letters are included. Armin Brand passed away c. 1945, at which point these consignments are made on behalf of his estate by Frieda Grommes Brand and Jane von Boecklin Allen.
