• Born in Denison, Texas. Resident of Pittsburgh. Married to Jeanne with six children. Captain in the Army Signal Corps in the South Pacific during World War II. Graduated from Texas A & M University. Employed with Westinghouse Electric Company.

  Active member of Western Reserve Numismatic Society. Volunteer curator of numismatics at Carnegie Museum.
