  He received a bronze star for service in Vietnam. Received M.D. from New York University School of Medicine and master’s degree from Columbia University School of Public Health. CEO of START Treatment and Recovery Center in Brooklyn.  Associate physician at Rochester University Hospital and Clinical Associate Professor at Cornell University.
