  Grader with ANACS in 1981. In 2008 he switched to ICG but returned to ANACS in 2010. He contributes the “First Grade” and “Detecting Counterfeits” columns to Coin World.
  

  In 2021 he was on the Coin World list of The Most Influential People in Numismatics 1960-2020.
