• Born in New York City. Graduated from Georgetown University. Married to Myrtle E. England with five children. Mayor of Toledo 1947 to 1950. Appointed to the federal office of Price Stabalization. Governor of Ohio 1959 to 1963. Partner in DiSalle and Staudinger law firm.

  One of the founders of Paramount International Corp.

  He resigned in 1973.

  He died while on vacation in Italy.
