• Born in New Brighton, Pennsylvania. Received B.S. in aerospace engineering from West Virginia University at Morgantown in 1969. Married Mary Dianne May 22, 1969. They have a daughter. Employed with Northrop Aircraft and B2 division after 1969.

  Fox is owner of Golden West Numismatics. Author of The Complete Guide to Walking Liberty Half Dollars published in 1993.
