  • Resident of Seattle. Graduated from Western Washington University. Served with the U. S. Navy during WWII and Korea. Married Lillian Beatrice Campbell in December 1953. School teacher in Seattle until retirement in 1972.

    Editor of BIE Handbook in 1972. He had an extensive collection of cent errors.

    He was a member of the Masons and a 33rd degree Shriber.
