• Born in Philadelphia. Married to Viola with a son. Graduated from the University of Pensylvania; received masters degree from Rutgers University. Instructor of industrial technology at Virginia State University.

  He was named a Numismatic News Numismatic Ambassador in 1980. He donated his Martin Luther King collection to the ANA in 1982.
