Serial 100,000,000 Federal Currency Public Deposited

All 100,000,000 serials, large or small, were hand-set because serial numbering heads contained only eight numbering wheels. They were a pain in the neck so generally were not printed. Neither the policies that led to their periodic use and discontinuance nor a comprehensive catalog of the classes, series and denominations where they were used has been forthcoming in the numismatic literature. This talk strives to rectify this situation. Speaker: Jamie Yakes. Running time: 23:17.
