    I have not followed the courts' interpretation of the Hobby
    protection Act, since there has been virtually none. But the act
    does NOT apply to US items only. It clearly covers colonial coins.
    It covers any "numismatic item" but excludes any "re-issue or
    re-strike of any original numismatric item by the United States or
    any foreign government."

    Is there a citation for the fugio case? Proving when something was
    made or imported is another issue...
