Hi Steve;
I personally think that a coin should have obverse and reverse grading for =
the reason of die states. Later die states weaken the coins details, thus i=
nessense, lowering the grade somewhat, but on the otherhand, the die state =
can attribute the rarity also.

Does anyone agree with me that grades should always be split Obv/Rev=20
as opposed to ONLY one grade for the entire coin.....I could own a=20
coin with a perfect mint state obverse that someone took a nail to on=20
the reverse....this coin could be light years better on the obverse=20
than the highest condition census coin but because of the reverse=20
damage, people have to look at an inferior obverse as the number one=20
coin. (which it is overall, but not taken seperately)
