    Here is my lowly version.
I think I bought it on ebay a few years ago. (before I knew what it was)

    unch comparison

    I see. And I understand.

But the variety has already historically earned itself a value and a plac=
e somewhere in American numismatics. I was pretty happy with what one of my=
old ones brought in the last C4 sale although if it brought a couple G's m=
ore it wouldn't have surprised me either, based on past auction results tha=
t is. Just why people continue to hold this more dearly (read valuable) the=
n lets say the 1785's or even the 1781's is beyond me (but I'm happy as I s=
till need a few more 1785's <BG>). The population of 1784's is probably lar=
ger then all the 1781 and 1785 varieties totaled together, but don't tell a=
    nyone.hehe.

I would like a decent example of 1784 myself, and do plan to include the =
variety in my new Guide on the counterfeits simply as 84-1.0-A.0 and of cou=
rse the cross reference equivalent would be V.18-84A (delisted) and the Bat=
ty number (if you can match it), but I'm looking for a decent example in lo=
wer grade, not the monsters I keep finding, I felt those were just to extra=
    vagant for me to keep.

    Clem

I was being, what's that word, fecicous - spelling?
I may be able to give it a Batty number if I can match it to=20
something in his listings, but I might otherwise just rename them=20
both, perhaps Weston 6 and Weston 7, since there is already 1 thru 5,=20
    and a 13.
And be careful using that word, "delisted," Clem!<s>
